Azure has a robust recruitment procedure that ensures we recruit staff with the right attitude and aptitude to support the individual.

Azure welcomes applications from minority and diverse groups.

Safeguarding is a key factor throughout the whole recruitment process starting with the job advert through to interview and commencement of employment. It is also followed through in the staff members induction and training. This means that all staff are CRB and ISA checked.

Azure aims to match the needs of the individual with the skills and abilities of the staff. We have a commitment to involving the individual in the recruitment process to ensure that the staff that are appointed are people the individual wish to be supported by.
