Pauline joined Azure as a Senior Job Trainer in Supported Employment after which she was promoted to Deputy Community Access Manager and worked closely with Ken Addison for a number of years before becoming the Training Manager for Azure Support Services.

Pauline works closely with City and Guilds and through her hard work and diligence the organisation is accredited to deliver LDQ  Induction Award and the NVQ HSCA levels 2 & 3.
