Location

Located approximately 10 miles North of Newcastle, Cramlington has good transport links to the city and its surroundings and easy access links to Blyth, Ashington, Morpeth and the coast.

Housing Support

This service is unique in that it comprises of a row of eleven houses, ten of which have four bedrooms and the other, two. Whilst people can choose to live quietly there is also the benefit of shared activities and a strong sense of community.

All tenants have an assured short hold tenancy in houses that can cater for either mixed or single sex households. Each resident has a private bedroom with access to communal areas.

Local Activities

Cramlington offers a leisure centre which incorporates swimming and other sporting activities, a good shopping centre, access to adult education and excellent health care services.

The Staff

Staff are available on a flexible basis to meet tenant's needs during the hours of 7.30am until 11pm. There are also two staff available throughout the night, should an emergency arise.

Whilst Cramlington Supported Housing is a specific service, staff can provide outreach support to people who choose to move into the Cramlington area in their own tenancies. This support would be tailored to meet the individual’s needs.
